Nowadays, finding a job that will allow you to live life ideally is very difficult. A stable and good paying job takes great advantages with it like monthly income, health insurances, coverage for your dependents your job also provides you social, economical and cultural stability and many more.
The need for employment is vital for people; the things that will keep the employees protected should be regarded. Employees have the right to ask for the things that matter for them. To motivate a person to be more productive, there is also no better way other than to assure them that they will get the benefits they deserve. Some of the benefits that employees can expect from their employers are the following:
Proper compensation
Under heading proper compensation, Workers should be properly compensated according to the set rules. Rules should be followed about non-working holidays, casual leaves and overtime compensation.
Fair labor is the basic right
It is a clear fact that every one is working to earn his livelihood. Employees should not be asked to perform the things that are not included in the agreement or signed contract. You have knowledge that you have fair labor standard act for your labor

This means your senior can not take a decision on the basis of your cast color or religion. This right applies on all type of job decisions like hiring, promotions or wages. Employees can only be expected to perform their duties to their level best. Work free of discrimination and harassment is the basic right of the workers.  Discriminating remarks and any form of harassment should never be practiced to ensure the employees self respect, protection and for better performance.
Request for change of workplace on the basis of your religion or disability
You have right to change your workplace, if it does not suit you or not comfortable for you on the basis of your religion or disability.
Right to have a healthy working environment and risk-free workplace
The health and safety of the workers should never be compromised. Workers construct a down road to the company's progress; workplace manager should make the security of the employer possible to their best.
Similarly providing a good working environment to the workers is the responsibility of the company managers. Employers should have enough good environments to work in.
To be established in life, getting an employment that is good enough in every aspect is essential for quality living. However, keep in mind that social or ethical values should never be ignored. Be equipped with your basic rights so you may assure your proper benefits as well as to find enough space for ideal career development. All labors have rights in the workplace. But these rights are really difficult to follow; reality is that it is often too costly to fight "unfair" practices especially with employers when you have no other way to work for living.
