Interview practice is not only confined to fresh job seekers.
Many of the people remains in jobs they hate and they intend for a change of job as too much work or too stressful. As the matter of fact many people avoid to contemplate a job change because the job searching process is often complicated and time taking and usually consists of several steps.
We are living a busy life, even don’t have time to think and talk about ourselves. This casualty results in a lack of self-connection or self-awareness. Just imagine that how many people are able to answer the question about their goals? How many people are aware of their strengths, values and extraordinary abilities? Many of us will not be able to answer and this all is because we don’t spend even a little time with our self.
Mostly the candidate answers the professional questions in an appropriate way but when the questions move from the basic "why do you need this job?  Or why do you think you are suitable for the job? Many of the interviewees get confuse or nervous. To avoid all these problems we need to approach the job search process with better preparation. A person should follow these tips in order to successfully pass the job search and interview
Assess personal strengths
Assess your personal strengths ask questions like what are your interests? What field suits the best according to your interests? What are your plus points and in what way these points will be helpful to you? Understand the ways in which strengths will contribute to the potential employer's company
Feel that the employer is interested in you that are why he has selected you for interview. What you need to do? How to explain your skills? It’s totally up to you how you convince the employer that you are the best candidate for them. Identify what are their needs and your abilities according to them. You may make a list of your interests and company’s requirements then match the points, the end result will be a list of the fit between your abilities and what the employer wants.
Practice your positive speaking
Practice actually makes the man perfect practice your conversational skills. Assessing your strengths and making a list will be of no use if you don’t practice for speaking. Practice all the questions that rose in your self assessment and practice points finalized in the list. If you actually do the practice it really matters a lot. You don’t need enough time for practicing these points. You may practice talking about yourself. This can be done alone, practice in the car on the way to office or while doing jogging.
These points will only help you in your interview but will also help you to assess your personal abilities and you will surely find yourself confident as compare to others in the interview.
