A hiring manager is there to find the best-qualified candidate. Try to realize it is not only you who need the job but they also need you. They are searching the people according to their needs. Feed their need and you will be automatically selected. Before your interview do your homework, find out what do they need. Study the company bio data and go to their Web site. If you know anyone in the company, ask them to help you in searching the company's mission. Find out who will be the best suitable candidate and talk up those qualities during your interview.

Be Prepared
Arrive for interview on time and make sure to take a hard copy of your resume with you. Try to attach a list of references in your resume, even if not required. You must have knowledge of the company and the position before you walk into an interview you must know well about the company profile.
