Usually believed that graduates or degree holders earn higher salaries because of their education and advanced skills. But there are exceptions. Many employers pay the workers well because their daily tasks are dangerous and difficult to do. Experience is also one of the basic factors because many employers value years of experience more than few years of education. There are many paying jobs for which a degree is not required. These occupations involve managing or supervising others. A degree isn't required for employment in these fields in some cases employers prefer to hire those who do have some college courses.
