“Do I meet the education and skill requirements?”  That’s perhaps the most frequent question, a young graduate think while looking or applying for the job. But you must remember that most job requirements, especially those related to experience, are usually flexible. Requirements listed in an employment ad are usually just a rough sketch of the required skills. The interviewer sees beyond your thinking. To see what employers look for in the candidate we have some important points
Good fit
The person who is excelling in one field can be a looser of another. It is not about the intelligence or work stemma of a person, it is about the suitability of a person for the job. Qualification, confidence or additional degrees may be the reason of selection.
Preparation for the interview
Your interview preparation matters a lot. When you show your preparations or ask a question about the company it not only shows your willingness and association for the job but also shows your research and mind activeness.
Confidence
If you are confident in yourself, others will notice it. Many of the jobs require much confident people as compare to qualified ones.  It’s much easier to believe in someone who believes in himself.

Professionalism
Some qualities can’t be mentioned over the resume. Professionalism is the basic element usually observed by the interviewers. How a candidate does present himself?  Is he really listening to the questions and answering them accordingly? Is he professionally dressed or not? All these are mind games you have to play with. As many people judge the book by reading its content same can be the matter with you in an interview.
Body language
Your body language is considered a lot in an interview. Your gestures, confident shoulders and smile shows either you are feeling easy or worried about something. So be careful about your body language in an interview.
Courteous Manners
Your courteous manners may spell a magic over interviewer. Your manners show off a certain level of kindness and also display your ability to get along well with others.  When placed in front of a client or business partner, an employer wants to know will the candidate be courteous and well mannered.
Consistency
The consistency is another element the employer looks in a candidate, possessing a stable record with previous jobs. Employers look at stability as it measures of your loyalty to your work.
Show flexibility
Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt a new environment is also a plus point.  This is what an employer really wants.
Determination
It’s always good measure to clearly express your determination to get things done. Let them know that you always finish the tasks you start. Keep in mind the interviewers will hire people they like before they hire the most qualified or experienced applicant.  Never consider the supposed job qualifications and especially the required experience.  If you know you can handle the job, must apply. What you have to do is make them aware of your potential.
