How Resume effect my Interview

A person who is not clear and focused in his resume is usually believed that will also not be cleared and focused in an interview. A resume is the written presentation of what will be said in the interview. So a resume must be very clear and may assume that what will be the connection?
If the resume is just a description of what is your qualification and you have served in four companies before this then in an interview  you have to clarify  that what kind of duties you was performing there. You had to be able enough to explain what each person offered that was different from the other. You have to explain your technical or educational skills mentioned in the CV. The best way to differentiate yourself is to be clear in specific things such as your qualification, skills, knowledge, experience, training and other extra curricular activities.
Resume leads to the interview
Your resume lead you to the interview and you will be questioned about what you have mentioned in the resume. Similarly if you leave a gap in your resume they may ask question about that. So be careful when building a resume.
Resume is a way to come to job specifications
When a position becomes available in a company, hiring manager review and reaches the points for selecting the right person. Job specifications define requirements such as education, work experiences, skill sets and technical proficiencies.
The job specifications are available to job seekers in ads, postings on company web sites and other sources. The order of presentation of the specifications also demonstrates what is most to least important and may suggest possible tradeoffs and areas of flexibility as well.
Resume design is a clear message
The resume screener looks for the match between the spaces and the background outlined in the resume. So resume should be used, mixing and matching the presentation of the core competencies to improve the correlation with job spaces.
Focus on interview success
When you are invited to interview you are on a roll, so don’t stop here. Use your resume to help you prepare for interview. Be ready to continue linking the skills and experience required with the competencies and achievements in your resume. Do this and you are well on your way to interview success.
Resume build your success
You can build your success in the interview on the basis of your resume; give them more of what they like and then build to on it. Be ready to show them that you have the aptitude and personality for the role too. And remember, they want you to be the one! Which leads to the next point?
Resume a way of presentation
Resume and the interview itself both are a way of your presentation The first thing they see will affect the outcome.
Your career gaps can be judged by your resume
Your resume is the platform on which the interview is built. They will want to know about what is in your resume, and of course, what isn’t. Consider the "gaps" in your resume and anticipate the tough questions they may ask to you. Your resume should not overstate or under state your qualities. It should match the way you talk about. It should emphasize upon what you want to do not upon what you can do.
